6 How to use y our appliance The 7 Cuochi ov en combines the adv antages of traditional conv ection ov ens with those of the more moder n f an assisted models in a single appliance. It is an e xtremely versatile appliance that allo ws you to choose easily and saf ely between 7 diff erent cooking modes.

9 A utomatic c leaning with the fast clean function When the fast clean function has been enabled, the temperature inside the ov en reaches 500 °C, which is necessar y to burn all food residue that has b uilt up inside it.
