P age 4 IMPOR T ANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Turn off all controls before unplugging. Do not use tool if switch does not turn it on or off. Any tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired. Do not use with damaged plug.

P age 8 It is possible to tie the extension cord and power cord in a knot to prevent them from becoming disconnected during use. Make the knot as shown in figure 1, then connect the plug end of the power cord into the receptacle end of the extension cord.

P age 12 ST ARTING AND STOPPING See Figure 4. T o start the motor: Connect the edger to power supply. Fully depress the lock-off button. Fully depress the switch trigger. Release the lock-off button. T o stop the motor: Release the switch trigger.
