A UDIO SYSTEM SET-UP 31 THE GENIUS REMOTE CON TROL (CLU- 573TSI and CLU-574TSI) In addition to controlling all the functions on your HITACHI Projection TV, the new remote is designed to operate different types of VCRs, CAT V (Cable T V) converters, satellite receivers, DVD play ers, and other audio/video eq uipment with one touch.

CUSTOM 72 PA RE NTAL CONTROL This function will block out the picture and sound of the selected channel or video input. It can be used to keep the TV from being vi ewed for a scheduled amount of time that you set. The code to enter PARENTAL CONTROL i s a four digit secr et code number.
CUSTOM 73 To change the secret code number, select C HANGE SECR ET CODE. Enter a new f our digit dey number y ou prefer. If you forget your secret code, use the factory code 7777 to erase y our key number. This will reset the key number back to the factory preset 0000.
CUSTOM 74 EVENT PROG. This function will automatically turn the TV on and off , one time only, every day or once a week. Press THUMB STICK to select PROGRAM 1, 2, 3, or 4. Press THUMB STICK or to select the tim e the T V will turn on and off. Use THUMB STICK to change posi tion.

COLOR TEMPERATURE Set this to W ARM for hotter colors w ith more red, or set to COOL for less intense colors with more blue. Select AUDIO to adjust the TV to y our preference and to improve the sound qual ity .

THEA TER 87 SURROUND The following surround settings w ill reproduce the "live" sound you would hear in concert halls, sports stadiums, mov ie theaters, etc. w hen you set up your speaker sy stem as shown in the section on audio sy stem setup on pages 20-21.
