Page 4 Setting to the Desired T ype of Measurement The Ther mometer readings can be set to be display ed in Celsius , F ahrenheit or K elvin. 1. T urn on the Thermometer by pressing the “ON/OFF” Switch located at the top of the Thermometer-see Figure 1.

The “HOLD” ke y is located on the right side of the Ther mometer face and is one of the f our buttons surrounding the “TYPE” button. Pressing the “HOLD ” key will cause the Thermometer to display the present readings.
