Shroud Removal 311772M 7 Shroud Removal Disassembly 1. Relieve Pressure , pa ge 6. 2. Unplug sprayer from outlet. 3. Loosen bottom hopper fitting by hand and pull hopper up and off from han dle. 4. Loosen and remove 2 knobs ( 14) on sprayer handle (12).
Shroud Removal 8 311772M Reassembly 1. Angle left shroud half (5 ) into base a nd push down into place. Then replace right shro ud half (7). 2. Replace and tighten second screw (3 0). 3. Swing access door down (RTX 1250) and tighten knob (42). 4. Tighten screw (70) in to lower right corner of s ide access plate.

Move pump rollers by hand until or flip powe r switch to rotate rollers un til they are positioned cor- rectly with pump hose .

Motor 18 311772M Reassembly 1. Angle mot or pulley thro ugh compress or belt (84) and pull motor (71) into position. 2. Tighte n two mounting bolts (10 5) on motor (71) unt il snug, then back 1/8 of a turn.

Cooling Tube 20 311772M Reassembly 1. Insert new coo ling tube fitting and us e 5/8 in. wrench to tighten. 2. Insert coolin g tube (79) and push into new fitting (86). Make sure tube is fully seated. 3. Rotate cooling tube around and inse rt free end into push-to-connect fitting.
