Do not lock the oven door with the latch during timed cooking. The lat ch is used for self -cleaning only . NO TE: Foods that spoil easily—such as milk , eggs , f ish, stuffings , poultry and pork—should not be allowed to sit for more than 1 hour befor e or af t er cooking .

The following are the features and how you may activate them. The special feature modes can only be activ ated while the display is showing the time of day .
When the display shows ⊃ the oven is set in Sabbath. When the display shows ⊃ the oven is baking/roasting. ⊃ The Sabbath feature can be used for baking only. It cannot be used for broiling, self -cleaning , convection baking, steam cleaning or delay star t cooking.

Do not use a steel wool pad; it will scratch the sur face. T o clean the stainless steel surface, use warm, sudsy water or a stainless steel cleaner or polish. Always wipe the surface in the direction of the grain. Follow the cleaner instructions for cleaning the stainless steel surface.
Radiant glass models: Coil cooktop models: Oven Vent on Radiant Glass or Coil Cook t ops On glass cooktop models , the oven vent is located behind the right-rear surface unit . On coil cooktop models , the oven is vented through an opening under the right-r ear surface unit .
The gasket is designed with a gap at the bottom to allow for proper air circulation. Do not rub or clean the door gasket—it has an extremely low resistance to abrasion. If you notice the gasket becoming worn, frayed or damaged in any way or if it has become displaced on the door , you should have it replaced.
