SOLID DISK MODULE Before Using Your Solid Disk Module for the First Time The top working surface of solid disk elements have a protective coating which must be hardened before using the elements for the first time. To harden this coating, the elements should be briefly heated without a pan (the coating will stick to the pan).

Most fish and tender cuts of meat can be broiled. Follow these directions to keep spattering and smoking to a minimum.

Carefully pour OLIt the grease in the pan into a proper container. If food has burned on, sprinkle the rack with detergent while hot and cover with wet paper towels or a dishcloth.
