This beep will let you know you have placed enough pressure on the pad to activate it.

T o light the burner , do the following: T ouch the pad for the desired function. Then touch the + or – pads until the desired temperature is displayed.

Cookies baked in a jelly roll pan (short sides all around) may have darker edges and pale or light browning may occur .

Frozen roasts of beef, pork, lamb, etc., can be started without thawing, but allow 10 to 25 minutes per pound additional time (10 minutes per pound for roasts under 5 pounds, more time for larger roasts).
