7 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS IMPORTANT Clean the lint filter after every load. 2 Check that the lint filter is clean and in place. NOTE Over-drying can cause wrinkles, shrinkage, lint, harshness and a build up of static electricity . NOTE If a setting is not av ailable for the cycle selected, the indicator will not light.
8 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS T urn the cycle selector in either direction to the cycle desired. The indicator for that cycle will be illuminated. T o change the cycle once it has begun, press the cancel button before selecting a new cy cle. Just turning the cycle selector knob to another selection will not change the cycle.
9 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Cycle Settings Appropriate drying T emperature, Dryness Level and Options will automatically be displayed f or each cycle. The settings can be changed before the cy cle is started. If changes are attempted after the cycle starts, the lights will blink, the signal will beep and “ Err ” will be displayed.
10 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Cycle Settings, continued Dryness Level (Auto Dry) T o change the preset level, press the Dryness button to scroll to the degree of dryness desired. T o protect your fabrics, not all dryness levels are a vailable with every cycle.
11 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Drying Rack (on select models) Use the drying rack f or items which should not be tumble dried. Insert the rack into the dry er drum, resting the back support on the moisture sensor bars and the front legs on the air grill.
