6 V3299pr -0920 Use the charger in dry locations only . ELECTRIC AL HAZARD Make sure you charge the battery for at least 18 hours • using the enclosed Power Wheels ® 6 volt charger before operating your vehicle for the first time. Charge the battery for at least 14 hours after each use of the vehicle.
V3299pr -0920 7 • Insert and “snap” the key into the dash. Children can be harmed by small par ts, sharp edges and shar p points in the v ehicle ’ s unassemb led stat e , or by electrical it ems. Car e should be tak en in unpac king and assembl y of the v ehicle.
8 V3299pr -0920 BOTTOM VIEW Pull • T urn the vehicle over . • Remove the protective caps from the ends of the steering column and throw them away . • Fit the straight end of the steering column down through the hole in the dash. Steering Column • Insert two #8 x ¾ " screws straight into the dash, as shown.
V3299pr -0920 9 Steering Column DASH VIEW Steering Wheel Wire with Connector T urn Signal • Position the turn signal with the hollow side down. • Fit the wire with connector on the end of the steering wheel through the center of the turn signal. • Fit the turn signal onto the steering wheel.
10 V3299pr -0920 • First, “snap” the front of the seat to the vehicle A . • Next, “snap” the four tabs near the back of the seat into the matching slots in the vehicle B . B A • Using a slotted screwdriver , turn both lock fasteners a ¼ turn to the locked position .
V3299pr -0920 11 1 15 14 13 18 ©2010 Disney BACK VIEW FRONT VIEW DECORA TION Wipe the vehicle with a clean, dry • cloth to remove any oils before applying labels. Apply labels exactly as shown in • the illustrations. For best results, avoid repositioning the label after it has been applied.
12 V3299pr -0920 • Remove the #8-18 x ⅞ " screw from the battery retainer . Lift to remove the battery retainer from the vehicle. • Place the Power Wheels ® 6 V olt (4.0 Amp/Hr .) batter y in the battery compartment. Make sure the batter y connector extends toward the rear of the vehicle.
V3299pr -0920 13 Y our Power Wheels • ® battery is a non-spillable sealed lead-acid battery . It must be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner . Do not dispose of a lead-acid battery in a fire. The • battery may explode or leak.

V3299pr -0920 15 • Press the drive button on the steering wheel. The vehicle drives forward at a maximum speed of 2 mph. • Help your child practice steering to learn how far and how quickly to turn the steering wheel when driving. • T o stop, release the drive button.
