® 3 Get ting St ar ted • Please keep these instructions for future reference, as they contain important information. • Insert the game cartridge into the socket in the side of the cycle. Push to be sure it’ s fully inserted. • T urn your TV or DVD/VCR power ON .
4 Cy cle Controls Power Switch Slide the switch to ON or OFF . Horn Button Press to make a selection or hear the horn. Snap Shot Button Press to make a selection or take "pictures" (see page 6). Joystick Use to make selections on the menus or in activities.
® 5 Customize your vehicle! • Use the joystick to scroll through vehicle choices. Press a red handlebar button to make your selection. • Repeat this process to choose the horn sound for your vehicle. • Use the joystick to choose to turn the rumble feature on or off.
6 T aking snap shots. • Press the right handlebar button to take snap shots (only in this activity). Fill your tank. • Pedal the cycle to move down the road. The faster you pedal the faster you go! Use the handlebars to steer . • Co lle ct ca ns of fue l on the ro ad to l l yo ur gas t ank .
® 7 Paint the cars with a custom color! • Use the j oystic k to scroll thro ugh th e vehi cle c hoices . Pre ss a r ed ha ndleba r butt on to make your select ion. R amone’s Color Mixer Off ramps • Keep traveling down the road or head onto an off-ramp for other fun games and activities.
8 • First use the joystick to choose a section of the car to paint. • Then, press a red handlebar button to spray paint the car . • Repeat this process until you paint the entire car! • Use the joystick t o scroll th rough the color c hoices. Pre ss a red ha ndlebar button to make your selection.
® 9 Tip over tractors in the field! • Use the joystick to move your car around the eld. • Dri ve into the tr acto rs t o t ip t hem ove r . Score points for every tractor you tip. Look at your score! • Don’t get run over by Frank or you’ll lose a life.
10 1 Player • Pedal down the road as fast as you can to the nish line. T r y to speed past the other characters. Get to the nish line rst and you win! Hint: Drive over the arrows along the way for a speed boost! Arrows Pedal as fast as you can to the finish line! • Us e t he jo yst ick to c hoo se a 1 Player o r 2 Player game.
® 11 Go fishing for tires with Mater! • Listen for the number on the tire that you need to catch. • Use the handlebar to steer Mater’ s line towards the the tire. • Press a red handlebar button to catch the tire. Catch all the tires before time runs out.
12 Find the missing car! • Listen to the number sequence of the cars in the grand stand. • Fin d t he m issi ng numb er a s t he c ars dri ve by . T h e Gr andst ands • Use the joystick to nd the missing car . Press a red handlebar button to select it.
® 13 Let’ s go to the Piston Cup! • Use the j oystic k to choose 1 Player or 2 Player game. Press a red handlebar button to select the game. B o n u s A ctivity 1 Player • Pedal down the road as fast as you can to the nish line. T r y to speed past the other characters.
14 • Make a quick pit stop, so you don’t fall behind in the race. • Press the red handlebar button to x your flat tire or refuel your car! 2 Player • Each player takes a turn. Pedal down the road as fast as you can to the nish line. Look at your time.
® 15 T r a vel Journal • Press the travel journal button . Then use the joystick and handlebar buttons to review and select a snap shot. See previous snap shot See next snap shot • Next, use the joystick and handlebar buttons to select the stamp tool to decorate your picture.
16 • Y ou can travel down the road and head onto an off-ramp to access activities or simply press the map button to visit any of the activities around the course.
