9 ASSEMBL Y F J5244pr-0920 3 Hint: Y ou may want the help of another adult to complete assembly steps 3 through 6. • Wipe the steering column with a paper towel to remove any excess lubricant.
Assembly T ool 10 ASSEMBL Y F J5244pr-0920 • Place a 3 / 8 " -16 lock nut (rounded side out) on to the end of the steering column. • Tighten the lock nut firmly using the closed end of the assembly tool. • Hold the steering column in place and gently lower the vehicle.
10 11 ASSEMBL Y F J5244pr-0920 • Insert both tabs on the seat into the slots in the vehicle. 9 Slots Seat T abs 11 • Using safety scissors, remove the taillight lenses from the plastic connector . Dispose of the plastic connector . • Face the rear of the vehicle.
