8 1 Charger Connector Children can be har med b y small par ts, shar p edges and shar p points in the v ehicle's unassemb led state, or b y electrical items. Care should be taken in unpac king and assembly of the v ehicle. Children should not handle par ts, including the batter y , or help in assembly of the v ehicle.
9 ASSEMBL Y F N1476pr-0920 Insert and “snap” the key assembly into the opening in the dash, as shown. • Insert the curved end of the steering column down through the large opening in the dash. T urn the vehicle on its side. Insert the end of the steering column through the hole in the steering linkage.

Insert two #8 x 1" screws and tighten. • • Insert a hood latch into one of the slots near the hood on the front of the vehicle. T wist the base of the hood latch ¼ turn to secure it to the vehicle.
N1476pr-0920 11 ASSEMBL Y F N1476pr-0920 Position the windshield so that the molded detail on the wipers faces the front of the vehicle. Hint: The windshield will only fit one way . If it does not seem to fit, turn it around and try again. Insert and “snap” the two large tabs on the windshield into the large slots in the dash.
N1476pr-0920 12 ASSEMBL Y F N1476pr-0920 Fit a grab bar onto each side of the vehicle, as shown. • Insert a #10-32 x 1" screw through the hole in each grab bar and into the seat.
T ABLE OF CONTENTS A Proper label application will help to keep the labels looking their best! When applying labels, keep the following guidelines in mind: • Wash your hands before applying the labels. • Before applying the labels, wipe the sur face of the vehicle with a clean, dry cloth to remove any dust or oils.
