Battery Charging E 8 W ARNING • The batteries must be handled by adults only . The batteries are heavy and contain sulfuric acid (electrolyte). Dropping the batteries could result in ser ious injur y . • Ne v er allow children to charge the batteries.
® • Plug the charger into a standard 120 v olt wall outlet. Note: If power flo w to the wall outlet is controlled b y a s witch, make sure the s witch is “ ON ” . • Bef ore first-time use, charge the batteries f or at least 18 hours. Ne ver charge the batteries longer than 30 hours.
Assembly Do Not Omit An y Steps 3 F 10 2 1 • Fit the cover plate o v er the opening in the front of the vehicle body . • Inser t two 1 / 2 " screws (silv er) through the cov er plate and into the v ehicle body . 11 5 6 • Slide a hex b ushing onto the rear axle. The ring side of the he x bushing should f ace out. • Press fir mly to fit all but the ring on the end of the hex bushing into the rear wheel. • Fit a cap nut on the end of the rear axle. • T ap the cap nut with a hammer to secure it on the end of the rear axle.
• Fit a hubcap on the front axle and slide it into the center of the front wheel. • Slide a hex b ushing onto the front axle. The ring side of the he x bushing should f ace out. • Press fir mly to fit all but the ring on the end of the hex bushing into the front wheel.
• Slide the straight end of the steering column through the hole in the lower steering linkage and out through the hole in the v ehicle body . • Inser t the cur ved end of the steering column into the hole in the upper steering linkage. Helpful Hint: If it is difficult to complete this assembly step , you can re verse it.
14 • Fit the connector plug end of the sound box wire harness down through the square opening in the top half of the handlebar housing. • Press fir mly to snap the button into the top half of the handlebar housing. • Reconnect the wire har ness connector plugs to the sound bo x.
23 Radio Knob • Snap the radio knobs into the holes in the dash. 15 21 • Bend the plastic tip at the end of the microphone cord so that it f or ms a "T". • Inser t the plastic tip through the hole in the handlebar housing, where the two halv es meet.
24 25 26 27 Brushguard T op T ab Spor t Bar Side T ab Roll Bar Right Hand Guard Windshield Ta b Ta b Headlight Rim • Wrap the tab at the top of the brushguard around the top of the spor t bar . • Inser t two 3 / 4 " screws through the holes in the front of the brushguard and into the screw pegs on the brushguard tab .
Rear View Rear View Rear View Rear Axle Cov er - Long Half Rear Axle Cov er - Shor t Half 17 • P osition the shor t half of the rear axle cov er behind the rear axle and snap it onto the rear axle. • P osition the long half of the rear axle cov er in front of the rear axle and snap it into place.

Battery Installation ® 19 Important Note: Use only P ow er Wheels ® T ype H batter- ies with P ower Wheels ® 30 amp fuses installed. Use of any other batteries or fuses will damage your v ehicle.
Battery Care and Disposal If a battery leak develops, av oid contact with the leaking acid and place the damaged batter y in a plastic bag. See inf or mation below f or proper disposal. If acid comes in contact with skin or ey es, flush with cool water f or at least 15 minutes and call a physician.
Rules for Safe Driving 10 ° Incline should never be more than 10° 5. Do not operate this v ehicle with more than one rider , seated on the seating area. A child who is not sitting on the seat or who is standing on the v ehicle could f all off, cause a tip-ov er or b lock the driv er ’ s view .
How to Operate Y our V ehicle As assembled, y our v ehicle is ready to roll in low speed (2 1 / 2 mph, maximum). • Push the bottom button on the LO W/HIGH switch to set the vehicle to driv e in low speed. • Push the top button on the FOR W ARD/REVERSE s witch to set the v ehicle to drive f orward.
Caring For Y our V ehicle 23 L Adv anced Use - High Speed Drive • Check all n uts, bolts , and their protective co v erings regu- larly and tighten as required. Check plastic par ts on a regular basis f or crac ks or broken pieces . • During snowy or rain y weather , the vehicle should be stored inside or under a protectiv e cov er .

V ehicle was running but Loose wire or loose connectors Check all wir es and connectors. Make sure the battery suddenly stopped connector is tightly plugged into the motor harness connector , and that there are no loose wires ar ound the motors.
