NOTE: The Tee Rail/Belt Assembly is packaged separately from the Power Unit. T he Inner T rolley half, Front Idler Sprocket, Belt, and Limit Cams ar e assembled on the Tee Rail at the factory. Fo llow the steps outlined below to complete assembly prior to installation.
6 A SSEMB LY INS TRUCTION S STEP 6: VERY IMPORTAN T: REINSTALL THE BELT RETAINING BLOCK REMOVED IN STEP 1 AT THIS TIME. SEE ILLUSTRATION E. Failure to reinstall the Belt Retaini ng Block may cause the operator to n ot reverse c orrectly. T ighten the two screws to secure ly hold the Belt Retaining Block in place.

CONTROL A ND AUXILI A RY EQU IPM ENT Step 5: Install a Control Butt on Warning Label n ear each control station, see illustrati on on previous pa ge. One label is supplied with your o pener. Contact your installing Dealer or the fact ory for additional warning labels.
CONTROL A ND AUXILI A RY EQUIPMENT 11 STEP 4 : Fin a l Installation A. Attach the"U" brackets to the "L" brackets with a 1/4-20 c arriage bolt, washer and hex nut (provided). Insert the bolt from the inside of the "U" bracke t and hand tig hten only at this time.
TURNING ON POWER TO THE OPENER NOTE: It is now necessary to tu rn on the power in order to run the opener to test the operation and check t he limit settings.

OPER A T IO N A N D A DJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS 14 Remote Control Radio S ystem As your transmitter is pre-coded at the factory with three of over 19,000 unique codes . As such, it is pos si bl e t o c ont rol a sin gl e op era t or or a gr oup of operators at one location or at multiple locations.
Recheck the antenna wir e on the power h ead unit, for proper oper ation the antenna wire should be POINTED STRAIGHT DO WN toward the floo r for most situations. Installi ng the Transm itter The transmitter is supplied with a metal clip which may be used t o attach the unit to a sun visor.
STEP 1: Testing the Limit Settings: To chec k th e Limit Settings, start the Op ener by pushing the standard wall Push Button or Super Station. Be prepared to activate the button again quickl y - per the Op erating Parameters outlined on pa ge 12 - or if yo u see that th e door is going to over travel.
