METHOD 1. For the soufflŽ, press the raspberries through a fine sieve to produce 180 g of purŽe. Put this into a heavy- bottomed pan, add the lemon juice and reduce down to a thick jam, stirring from time to time and being careful not let it catch and burn.

1 Y our cooker should give y ou many years of trouble-free cooking if installed and operated correctly . It is impor tant that you read this section befor e you start, par ticularly if you have not used a dual fuel cooker bef ore. Impor tant! This appliance is designed f or domestic cooking only .
2 Always be c er tain that the controls ar e in the OFF position when the oven is not in use , and before attempting t o clean the cooker . When the ov en is on, DO NOT lea ve the ov en door open for longer than necessary , otherwise the control knobs ma y become very hot.

4 ArtNo.31 1-0002 Pan with rim The igniter should spark and light the gas . Keep holding the knob pressed in to let the gas through to the burner for about ten seconds. If, when y ou let go of the control knob, the burner goes out, then the FSD has not been bypassed.
5 The W ok Cradle The cradle should be used on the centr e wok burner only . W oks var y very widely in size and shape. It is impor tant that the wok sits down on the pan support – however , if the wok is too small, the cradle will not support it properly (Fig .
6 The Ov ens The left-hand oven is a multi-function oven, while the right - hand tall oven is a fan ov en. The Multi-function Oven As well as the ov en fan and fan element, they are tted with two extra heating elements, one visible in the top of the oven and the second under the o ven base.
7 Conv entional Oven ( T op a nd Base Heat) This function combines the heat from the top and base elements. It is particular ly suitable for roasting and baking pastr y , cakes and biscuits.

14 1 2 3 C ontrol P anel and Oven Doors Av oid using any abrasive cleaners including cr eam cleaners. F or best results, use a liquid deter gent. The contr ol panel and control knobs should only be cleaned with a soft cloth wrung out in clean hot soapy water – but take care that no surplus water seeps in to the appliance.
15 Cleaning T able Cleaners listed (T able 5-1) are a vailable from supermarkets or electrical retailers as stated. F or enamelled sur faces use a cleaner that is approv ed for use on vitreous enamel. Regular cleaning is recommended. F or easier cleaning , wipe up any spillages immediately .
16 Hotplate ignition or hotplat e burners faulty Is the power on? If not, there maybe something wrong with the po wer supply . Are the sparker (ignition electrode) or burner slots blocked by debris? Are the burner trim and caps correctly located? See the section on ‘Cleaning’ .
