2.3. Connection 2.3.1 Connect to Comput er (1) Make s ure the player is powered o n; (2) Plug in the s quarish co nnector of the USB cable to this pla yer ’s USB DEVICE p ort; (3) Plug in the rec tangular connect or of the U SB cable to c omputer . 2.

Note : This page can be als o accessed via Setup -> S ystem -> HDD Format menu.

3.4.1 M ovie Playback Cont rol Button Function PLAY/P AUSE Begin/Pause p layback. PREV / NEXT View the previous or next f ile/chapter. FR/FF Fast rewind or f ast forward. Press repea tedl y to select the speed OPTION Hide or displa y the Movie t oolbar during p layback .

3.8 DTV Menu (S80 0H) In this m enu, you can watch and rec ord Digital T errestrial TV programs, or have the tim e shift function. T o enter th e DVB-T TV mode, select the DTV icon on t he main m enu. 3.8.1 W atch DVB-T The followin g are som e functional buttons o n the re m ote control availabl e when watching Digital TV progr ams .
Program List M enu - Press the ent er button whe n watching DV B-T TV programs, and the pro gram list menu where you can se e the pro gram num ber and nam e will be displa yed. - Press the up / dow n button to select chan nels, and pre ss the enter butt on to confi rm.
- Press the prev / next butto n to chang e channels. Pres s the left / right button t o change date. - Press the up / dow n button to change progr am. Press the Red button to add / de lete scheduled record ing T eletext Menu - If the broadcas ted stream supports T eletext, press th e TT X button to enter t he T eletext menu.
- Press the up / dow n button to select the s ubtitle, and press the enter button to c onfirm . 3.8.2 A V INPUT Menu In this menu, you can watch and r ecord audio-visua l s ignal from the A/V IN jack on the rear panel of the unit, or ha ve the tim e shift function.
Editing Schedu le - Press the left / right b utton on the remote control to selec t the Edit tab from the menu bar. Select the s chedule y ou want to edit from the list and press the ente r b utton. The schedule setting screen appear s. Mod ify the s chedule as described in ‘ 3.
- Select Enable the selecte d schedule or P ause the s elected schedul e . Press the enter button to conf irm. Viewing Recording Histo ry - Press the left / right button on the rem ote control to s elect the Hi story tab f rom the m enu bar. Here you can view a com plete histor y of all record ings that were s et.
4. Web Ser ver & BitTorrent 4.1 Web Server (unicgi) A W eb server called ‘N eighbor W eb’ has be en integrated i nto the pla yer . - Connect the pl ayer to your hom e network (LAN or W LAN). - Get the IP address of the player und er SETUP -> N ETWO RK menu.
- This page a llows you to s e t a p assword for ac cessing Ne ighbor Web. Note : • Password will beco me eff ective when Lo gin Control is turned on. ( Please re fer to Login Contr ol in chapter ‘ 3.1.7 Cha nging Syste m Settings ’ for more deta ils) • The default user na me is ‘admin’, an d the de fault pa ssword is ‘12 3’.
4.4.1 A dd new torrent - Click Add new torr ent on the BitT orrent Down load pag e. - Click Browse to up load a torrent file, and clic k Y es to confirm. 4.4.2 Managin g the do wnloads The BitT orrent Download page also allows you to start, stop, delete torrents, and set priorities for t orrents, as well a s view the status o f current torrent s.
- Click St art to begin down load. - Click Stop t o stop downl oad. - Click Delete to delete t he selected torrent. - Click Refresh to re fresh the cur rent st atus. - Click Down arrow t o decrease the priority for the selected tor rent. - Click Up arrow t o increase t he priority for the selected t orrent.

5. Media Librar y Thanks to a powerf ul sea rch engine, the l ibrar y menu a llows you to s earch and br owse multimedia files stored on a n internal HDD or external USB HOST device i n most eas y ways.

6. Upgrading t he Firmw are The firmware is the operating system (OS) installed on the device. Firm ware upgr ades can bring new f eatures, improv ements and bug f ixes. Please refer to System Update in ch apter ‘ 3.1.7 Changing Sy stem Settings ’ f or more details.
