English 3. ScreenManager 19 EIZO Logo disappearing function When switching on the power button o n the front panel, the EIZO logo is displyed for a while. If you desire to display or undisplay th is logo, use this function. (Default is logo appearing.
English 20 4. ADJUSTM ENT 4. ADJUSTMENT The monitor displays the digital input im age correctly based on its pre-setting data. Adjust the con trast and brightness (p.23). 4-1. Screen A djustment Screen adjustments for the LCD m onitor should be used in suppressi ng screen flickering and also for adjusting the screen to its pr oper position.
English 4. ADJUSTMENT 21 3. Adjust by using <Screen> menu in the ScreenManager . (1) V ertical bars appear on the screen → Use the <Clock> (p.34) adjustment. Select the <Clock> and eliminate the vertical bars by using the right and left of the control buttons.
English 22 4. ADJUSTM ENT 4. T o adjust the output signal range (Dynamic Range) of the signal. → Use the <Range Adjustment> (p.35)of <ColorManagerment> menu. This controls the level of output signal range to display the whole col or gradation (256 colors).
English 4. ADJUSTMENT 23 6. T o set the Contrast of the screen. → Use the <Contrast> adjustment. This controls the brightness f or the each colo r (red, bl ue and green ) at the same time. Select <Contrast/Brightness> and adjust b y using the right and left buttons .
English 24 4. ADJUSTM ENT 4-2. Color Adjustment The <ColorManagemen t> menu in the ScreenMa nager enabl es to change the color of the screen. By using the <Color Mode>, the adjus tment mode can be selected from <Custom mode> (to adjust the color settings acc ording to your preference) and <sRGB > mode.
English 4. ADJUSTMENT 25 NO TE • The “Hue” adjustment ma y cause undispl a y abl e color tone . T o change each color (red, green and blue). → Use the <Gain> (p.34)adjustment. By adjusting the red, green and blue colo r tones for each mode, custom colors can be defined.
