T3260pr -0920 6 Important Notes • Y our new batter y must be charged for at least 18 hours before you use it in your vehicle for the first time. • We recommend that you start charging your battery before beginning assembly of your new vehicle. • The batter y must be upright while charging.
T3260pr -0920 7 • Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet. Notes: - If power flow to the wall outlet is controlled by a switch, make sure the switch is “ON”. - Use the charger only in a wall outlet. Do not plug the charger in to a ceiling outlet.
T3260pr -0920 8 • Locate the wire connector inside the front end of the vehicle. • While feeding the wire connector through the hole in the dash, fit the tabs on the dash onto the front end of the vehicle. Dash ASSEMBL Y 3 Pull • T urn the vehicle over .
T3260pr -0920 9 • Fit the end of the steering column through the hole in the steering linkage. • Fit a lock nut onto the end of the steering column. • Tighten the lock nut with the assembly tool. Steering Column Cover • Place the steering column cover over the lock nut and push to " snap " it into the steering linkage.
T3260pr -0920 10 • Fit the remaining lock nut onto the end of the steering column. • Tighten the lock nut with the assembly tool. T3260pr -0920 11 Handle Latch • Using a slotted screwdriver , turn both lock fasteners ¼ turn to the locked position . LOCKED UNLOCKED 15 Note: Be sure the end of the handle is clean and free from debris before inserting. • Make sure the front wheels are not turned.
