11 100750 Methods For Attaching Mounting Bracket To Wall Only use last hole on each end of mounting bracket to attach bracket to wall. These two holes are 16 inches apart from their centers. Attach mounting bracket to wall in one of two ways. 1. Attaching to wall stud 2.

18 100750 LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS 1. STOP! Read the safety information at the top of page 17. 2. Make sure manual shutoff valve is fully open. 3. Turn thermostat control knob on left side of heater clockwise Clockwise to the OFF position.

22 100750 4. Wait five minutes to clear out any gas. Then smell for gas, including near the floor. If you smell gas, STOP! Follow “B” in the safety information at the top of page 21. If you don’t smell gas, go to the next step. 5. Press in control knob.

24 100750 T O TURN OFF GAS T O APPLIANCE INSPECTING BURNER Check pilot flame pattern and burner flame pattern often. PILOT FLAME PATTERN Figure 22 shows a correct pilot flame pattern. Figure 23 shows an incorrect pilot flame pattern. The incorrect pilot flame is not touching the thermocouple.
