ST ART UP PROCEDURE This appliance has been factory tested and adjusted under ideal conditions but, rough handling, low gas pressur e, altitude or variations in gas characteristics may requir e fine adjustment. All units are equipped with fixed orifices and do not requir e primar y air adjustment.
CARE AND CLEANING Cooking equipment must be cleaned regularly to maintain its fast, efficient cooking performance and to ensure its continued safe, r eliable operation. The best time to clean is shortly after each use (allow unit to cool to a safe temperature).
