ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE READ THE INSTRU CTIONS C AREFULLY AND FOLLOW STEP BY STEP . Attention: Please lock the caster during the process of installation of the grill.
Step 3 : Assemble t he back panel to the two s ides panel. wit h four (4) 5/32 x 10mm screws as shown figure below. Step 4 : Assemble the door handle to the door with the screw which packaged in the c.
Step 5 : Insert both doors’ hinge pins through the holes on the bottom of the bottom panel. Make sure the washers are in place. Then assembly the header frame on top of both doors by inserting the door hinge pins through the pre-drilled holes on the frame’s botto m side.
Step 7 : 1 . Place flame tamers (3) on to the fire b ox as show figure below. 2.Place the cooking grids(2) on. 3. Place the warming rack on. Step 8 : Use four (4)1/4 x 15mm screws to in stall the rear pan el as show below.
9 Step9 : Assemble side burner with (8) 1/4 x 15mm screws as figure show below. Connect the condiment tray and sid e shelf with two screws. The two scre ws have been fitted in side shelf.

12 How to install a gas tank Opening the front door and place gas tank into the gas tank holes. Secure the gas tank by turning the retention screw at the back of the grill clockwise until it is tight.
13 PROPANE TANK ASSEMBLY ● With hand attach propane gas tank to regulator inlet fitting by t urning the regulator clockwise until tight as shown in figure below.
14 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION MODEL 720-0230 GAS HOSE RETENTION KIT Package should include (4 pcs): Mounting bolt with ring slot Regulator ring clamp with wing bolt 1 Hex Nut and washer 1 wrench Hose Clamp Installation 1a. Insert “threaded end” mounting bolt through top middle vent 1b .
15 2a . Put regulator hose through ring clamp 2b . Use wing bolt to fasten regulator hose to ring clamp securely Your gas grill is ready to use.
GAS HOOK-UP Only the pressure re gulator and hose asse mbly supplied with the grill should be used. Any replacement p r essure regulator and hose assem bly must be specified by the grill manufacturer. This is a propane configured grill. Do not attempt to use a natural gas supply unless the grill has been reconfigured for natural gas use.
BEFORE TESTING Make sure that all packing m aterial is rem oved from the grill including the burn er tie-down straps. DO NOT SMOKE WHILE LEAK TESTIN G. NEVER PERFORM LEAK TEST WITH AN OPEN FLAME. Make a soap s olution of one part liqui d detergent a nd one part water.
OPERATING INSTRUCTION General use of the grill an d rotisserie Each main burner is rated at 12,000 Bt u/hr. The m ain grill burners encompass the entire coo king area and are side ported to minimize blockage from falling grease and debris. Above the burners ar e stainless steel radiants (flame covers).
TO MANUALLY LIGHT THE GRILL If the burner will not light after sev eral attempts t hen the burner can be match lit. If you ’ ve just attempted to light the burner with the igniter, allow 5 minutes for any accumulated gas to dissipate. Keep your face and hands as far away from the grill as possible.
USING THE SIDE BURNER WARNING: I MPORTANT! USIN G THE SID E BURNER : Inspect the ga s supply h ose prior to turni ng the gas “ON”. If there is evidence of cuts, wear or abrasion, it must be replac ed prior to use. Do not use the side bur ner if the odor of gas is present.
CARE & MAINTENANCE OF SIDE BURNER BURNER CLEANI NG: Clean the exter ior of the bur ner with a wire brush. Clear an y clogged burn er ports wit h a straightened paper clip. Ne ver enlarge the bu rner ports. Never use a woode n toothpic k as it m ay break off the cl og the port.
