3 Befor e Using for the Fir st Time – Read the instructions car efully befor e installing and using the applianc e. – After unpacking the appliance, check that it is not damaged. In case of doubt, do not use the appliance and contact your supplier or a qualified engineer .
4 Important Saf eguar ds and R ecommendations – Do not carry out any cleaning or maintenance without fir st disconnecting the applianc e from the electrical supply. – During and after use of the oven, cert ain parts will become very hot. Do not touc h hot parts.

8 Hot Air C ooking The circular element and fan come on. The heat is dispersed by f orced convection and the temperature can be regulated to between 50 °C and 225 °C via the thermostat knob.
9 Cooking A dvice St erilization Sterilization of f oods to be conserv ed, in full and hermetically sealed jars, is done in the f ollowing way: a. Set the switch to position . b. Set the thermostat knob to position 1 85 °C and preheat the oven. c. Fill the dripping pan with hot water .
10 Electr onic Pr ogr ammer The electronic progr ammer is a device that groups together the following functions: – 24 hour clock with illuminated display – Timer (up to 23 hours and 59 minut es) – Programme f or automatic oven c ooking – Programme f or semi-automatic oven c ooking.
11 Electr onic Clock (fig. 5) The programmer is equipped with an electr onic clock with illuminated numbers which indicates hours and minutes. Upon immediate connection of the oven or after a pow er cut, three zer os will flash on the progr ammer display .
12 A U T O A U T O Aut omatic Ov en Cooking T o cook food automatically in the ov en, it is necessary to: 1 . Set the length of the cooking time 2. Set the end of the cooking time 3. Set the temperatur e and the oven c ooking progr am. These operations ar e done in the following w ay: 1 .
13 Semi - Aut omatic Cooking This is used to switc h the oven off automatically aft er the desired c ooking time has elapsed. There ar e tw o ways t o set the semi-automatic cooking function: 1 . Set the length of time you need to cook the food by pushing the button and the button to advance, or to go backwar ds (Fig.
14 Do’s and do not’s – Do always grill with the ov en door closed. – Do read the user instructions car efully bef ore using the ov en for first time. – Do allow the oven to heat for one and a half hours, befor e using for the first time, in order to expel any smell from the new ov en insulation, without the introduction of f ood.
15 Car e and Maintenanc e It is advisable to clean when the appliance is cold and especially for cleaning the enamelled parts. Av oid leaving alkaline or acidic substances (lemon juice, vinegar , etc.) on the surfaces. Av oid using cleaning products with a c hlorine or acidic base.
16 St ainless St eel, Aluminium, Paint ed Parts and Silk-scr een Printed Surfac es Clean using an appropriat e product. Alw ays dry thor oughly. Stainless steel surfaces: can be cleaned with an appropriate stainless steel cleaner . IMPOR T ANT : these parts must be cleaned very car efully t o av oid scrat ching and abrasion.
17 Replacing the Ov en Light W ARNING: Ensure the appliance is swit ched o ff befor e replacing the lamp to a v oid the possibility of electric shoc k. – Let the oven ca vity and the heating elements to cool down; – Switch off the electrical supply; – Unscrew the pr otectiv e cover C (fig.
18 Assembling and Dismantling of the Side R unner Fr ames – Assemble the wire r acks t o the oven walls using the 2 scr ews (Fig. 1 3). – Slide the tray and rac k into the runners (Fig. 1 4). The rack must be fitted so that the safety catch, which stops it sliding out, faces the inside of the oven.
19 Ov en Door Depending on the model, the oven door is hinged either on the left or the right. Not e: The oven door should only be removed by an authorised service agent. Removal of the oven door by a non-authorised person will invalidate the guar antee.
20 E F F E Replacing the inner pane o f glass T o replace the inner pane of the door oper ate as f ollows: – Check that the f our rubber pads are in plac e ( D in Fig. 1 8). – Whilst one person holds the door still, a second person should insert the inner pane in the left E and right F side guides (fig.
21 AD VICE FOR THE INS T ALLER Important Appliance installation and maintenanc e must only be carried out b y QU ALIFIED TE CHNICIANS and in compliance with the local saf ety standar ds. • Failur e to observe this rule will in validate the warr anty.
22 Important The oven can be fitted in standar d units, width and depth 60 cm. Installation requir es a compartment as illustrated in figur es 23 and 24.

27 Connection o f the P ow er Supply Cable Unhook the terminal boar d cover by inserting a scr ewdriver into the tw o hooks “ A ” (fig. 30). Open the cable gland by unscrewing screw “F” (fig. 3 1), unscrew the terminal scr ews and remove the cable.
