6.8 Energy saving The appliance con tains features which help you save e nergy during ev eryday coo king: • Residual heat: – When the heating function or pro- gramme operates, the heating ele- ments are deactivated 1 0 % earlier (the lamp and fan continue to oper- ate).
7.2 Heat + Hold The Heat + Hold function keeps pre- pared food warm at 80 °C for 30 mi- nutes. It activates after the baking or roasting procedure ends. • You can activate or deactivate the function in the Basic Set- tings menu. • Conditions for the function: – The set temperature is more than 80 °C.
