Before pr oceeding, find your treadmill’ s serial number and model name located to the left of the on/off power switch and pow er cord and enter it in the space provided below: Refer to this number when calling f or ser vice , and also enter this serial number on your W arranty Card and in y our own records.
MO VING Y our treadmill has a pair of transpor t wheels built into the base fr ame. T o move , make sure the tread- mill is folded and securely latched. Then fir mly gr asp the handlebars, tilt the treadmill back and roll. CA UTION! Our Treadmills are heavy , use care and additional help if necessary when moving.
LEVELING The treadmill should be level f or optim um use . Once you have placed the treadmill where y ou intend to use it, raise or lo wer the adjustable levelers located on the treadmill base frame . Once you have leveled the treadmill, lock the levelers in place b y tightening the nuts against the fr ame.

GETTING STARTED TENSIONING THE BEL T If you can feel a slipping sensation when running on the treadmill, the r unning belt must be tightened.
CHOOSING THE TIME Press SELECT and use the + or - buttons to set Time. Once the desired Time is selected, press the START button. Select y our desired speed using the + or - (speed) buttons. FINISHING A WORK OUT When your w orkout is finished, the treadmill console will beep twice and ‘END’ will be displa yed in the Time windo w .
SPEED Indicates how fast y our w alking or running surface is moving. ELEV A TION Indicates the incline of your w alking or r unning sur- face . DIST ANCE Indicates the miles traveled during y our workout. PULSE/LAPS Indicates the number of times you have trav eled around the lap profile windo w .

QUICK SPEED KEYS When in a program, the user is able to press an y of the desired quic k speed k eys to g et to a spe- cific speed more quickly . NOTE: When in a speed-based program, if the user presses any of the quick speed ke ys, all of the remaining speed segments in the program will be modified as well.
CHOOSING A PROGRAM Choose a Program b y pressing the + or - speed buttons. Once the desired progr ams is selected, press the SELECT button. Y ou are also able to press the numbered quick speed ke y whic h correlates with the numbered program to choose your desired program.
